At Viral Hype, every product is made to order and fulfilled by our partner, Printful. Because of this, returns and refunds are only accepted under certain conditions as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection are not accepted. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
  • Any claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. Refunds and Replacements

  • If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once approved.
  • We may request photos of the issue to verify your claim.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@viralhype.shop within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item.
  3. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping.
  • Returns due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or other customer errors are not eligible for free return shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned due to buyer’s remorse or wrong size choice.
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale.
